The Major Obstacle

My house has been sold. I didn't get as much as I wanted (or even needed for it), but this will allow me to go to China with little to no debt in my name. This is an answer to prayer. I want all the readers of this blog to know that I can feel your prayers surrounding me. Thank you so much.

The Long Wait...

My visa paperwork should be in my hands by next week then it will be off to Texas (the nearest Chinese consulate) to have the visa approved and get tested for HIV. The Chinese government won't allow anyone into the country who has an STD or a mental illness so I will have to undergo testing for both of these by a doctor before I can be officially approved to come to the country as a foreign expert. If all goes as planned, I should ship out for China on or around June 15th. Your prayers are appreciated.

Eventually, this is where you will be able to find out all the news about me and China. Not much is here right now. For now I will keep you posted on what is happening leading up to China. Eventually, you will see pictures of my Chinese adventure.
